Morning Pointe Welcomes Autumn With Fall Fling and “Cruise-In”
Each year, the residents and associates of Morning Pointe of Lexington (KY) anticipate the arrival of fall, and this year, they celebrated the change of seasons with a fall fling and “cruise-in” featuring a wide variety of fun activities and plenty of vintage cars for guests to admire.
Rena Fisher, the Life Enrichment Director at Morning Pointe of Lexington, describes the event in vivid detail: “Three, separate food trucks, live music, a bounce house and games for the kids, a cake walk, and a wonderful social atmosphere welcomed residents, staff, families, and visitors,” Fisher says. “Everyone enjoyed many memories after seeing some of their favorite vehicles in the parking lot.”
At the end of the evening, the spectators’ favorite car, a 1957 Ford Fairlane retractable hardtop, received a trophy.
