BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — Morning Pointe of Brentwood had an All-American day of guests, as a teen beauty queen made her mark at the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community.

Miss Teen TN International Madeline Nichols-Russell visited Morning Pointe to spend quality time with the residents while sharing with them her platform to encourage people to make a difference in the lives of veterans and their families.

Nichols-Russell is a spokesperson and advocate for the Honor Flight Network — a non-profit organization dedicated to transporting as many U.S. veterans to Washington D.C. to visit their respective war veterans at no cost.

The residents enjoyed listening to the talented young woman, sparking interest Morning Pointe residents who want to take the trip someday.

Morning Pointe invites local dignitaries and special guests to share their perspectives with the seniors as part of the life enrichment and Meaningful Day™ programs.
