CALHOUN, Ga. — Morning Pointe of Calhoun welcomed a host of guests from the Calhoun community during National Assisted Living Week. Visitors enjoyed a dunking booth, games, a bounce house, and all the festival fare they could enjoy.

Mayor Jimmy Palmer was among those attending the festivities, as he gave a proclamation to commemorate both National Assisted Living Week and Grandparents Day.

Performances by One Step Closer and the Calhoun High School Cheerleaders made for fun intergenerational entertainment, and proceeds from the event benefited the Morning Pointe Foundation.

Morning Pointe never misses a moment to celebrate seniors in a big way, with annual observances that bring the community together as part of the life enrichment and Meaningful Day™ programs.
