Auditions for Morning Pointe’s “Seniors Got Talent” talent competition continued at Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove (TN). More seniors from across the Tennessee Valley filled the assisted living community’s activity room for a two-hour session that showcased a range of talented performers, including several pianists, a poet, actors, and singers. One gentleman’s performance of Frank Sinatra’s “Come Fly with Me” was particularly crowd-pleasing.
The final “Seniors Got Talent” audition will take place on Thursday, August 8 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford. The top 10 acts from all three buildings will make it into the grand finale at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre on September 10 at 7 p.m.
Individuals interested in learning more about auditions and the big show or in purchasing tickets are encouraged to visit www.morningpointefoundation.com/seniorsgottalent or to call the Chattanooga Theatre Centre.
