These Girl Scouts can’t wait to meet the residents of Morning Pointe of Tuscaloosa (AL)! Roughly 80 Daisies, Brownies, Girl Scouts, troop leaders, and parents from Service Unit 295 visited the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care to sing songs and give crafts to the residents. “The residents were so excited to have so many children in the building—10 different troops participated!” said Morning Pointe Lantern program coordinator Kimberly Adams. “One troop has even offered come back and make crafts with the residents. We are so excited about this new partnership!”
