Morning Pointe life enrichment director Vanessa Damron, resident Lorene Akins, Impellizzeri’s Pizza owner Sam Ault, residents Martha Cox and Connie Brown, housekeeper Denice Lofton (back row), and residents Betty Miller, Carolyn Bowles, Sharon Aaron, and Carolyn Rodgers (front row) enjoy a night of fun and family at Impellizzeri’s Pizza in Louisville. The restaurant’s owner, Sam Ault, is the grandson of Martha Cox, who is a resident at the personal care community. “We wanted to show our love and support for one of our family members. Here at Morning Pointe, we are big on supporting family!” Damron says. “We were treated like royalty, and everything was amazing! The residents really enjoyed going out for pizza with family.”
