Morning Pointe of Knoxville (TN) residents celebrate their first successful Pound workout with certified instructor Kim Day (in green). Pound is a group exercise program where participants hold drumsticks for the entire workout and pound as if playing drums to get a whole upper body workout. “Our residents said it was great exercise and really got their heart rate up!” said Morning Pointe Lantern program director Kari Christopher. “We look forward to having Kim back!”
