We moved my mother here in 2018. She is doing much better with the caregivers here than she was at home! The atmosphere is cheerful and safe. The staff is positive and caring and certainly have gone above and beyond with their attention to the residents during 2020-21 and the COVID-19 crisis. Communication with all the leaders, (Exec. Directory, Program Director, Director of Nursing, etc.) is excellent. They will talk to you and address questions or concerns any time as will any staff member. I am so happy that we found this particular place for my mom. She is happier and healthier. They provide many activities and social opportunities and my mother loves the food as well! I can highly recommend the Morning Pointe Lantern in Louisville.
We moved mom in and it has been a blessing beyond measure. Everyone there is so positive. They answer all our questions and concerns and we have peace about this new adventure we are on. I guess you get the picture by now. You have amazing leadership and staff at The Lantern at Morning Pointe and I feel so blessed and comfortable to have my mother in their care.
