The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Lenoir City (TN) executive director Lisa Harvey, community relations director Jessica Schaeffer, Lantern program director Maggie Devaney, senior maintenance director John Womack, receptionist Sarah Raymer, and business office manager Sacha Hankey proudly display the miniature Christmas tree they decorated for the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. Kimberly Girbert of Care around the Block, a longtime community partner of the memory care community, in conjunction with Highland Park Baptist Church is collecting miniature Christmas trees on behalf of the local children’s hospital, ensuring that all patients staying in the hospital over the holidays will have a tree in their rooms. “Our Lantern management team was happy to decorate our tiny tree for this special cause,” Harvey says.
