The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Russell (KY) executive director Cheryl Stephens and director of nursing Erin Lowe wear red, white, and blue and purple to show their support for both their country and those living with Alzheimer’s disease at the memory care community’s “Red, White, and Bluegrass” Independence Day event. “We had a wonderful time celebrating with our residents, families, and Russell neighbors!” says Lantern program director Jimmy Adams. “We are so grateful to all of the community partners who helped make this event possible—especially to Josh Brown & the Hard Livin’ Legends for providing the music.”
