LEXINGTON, KY – Residents at the Morning Pointe of Lexington campus enjoyed snapping fresh green beans with Food Services Director Chad Pike as they prepared for the evening meal. Through a partnership with Elmwood Stock Farm in Georgetown, KY, the seniors at the personal care and Alzheimer’s memory care campus are enjoying Morning Pointe’s “Farm to Table” program, which features fresh, local foods that are incorporated into the dining menus.
Morning Pointe celebrates its residents’ pastimes through activities that dig up treasured memories while getting the taste of new ones as part of the life enrichment and Meaningful Day(tm) programs.
