FRANKLIN, Ind. — Morning Pointe of Franklin residents celebrated Cinco de Mayo with their favorite homemade Mexican-inspired dishes. The seniors at the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community enjoyed a filling lunch of soft tacos, refried beans, Spanish rice, queso, and guacamole among other menu items. They even prepared their own corn bean salsa as they made memories during mealtime.
Morning Pointe celebrates the residents’ favorite holidays and observances in style, never forgetting to include food, fun, and friends as part of the life enrichment and Meaningful Day(tm) program.
