FRANKLIN, Tenn. — Morning Pointe of Franklin residents participate in activities that bridge cultural, religious and generational gaps.
The assisted living and memory care community invited Mike Norwood to share his experiences in the ’70s as a missionary in Sierra Leone. Norwood brought several artifacts from his most recent visit, and spoke about the people, languages and customs of the country which was formerly a colony of Great Britain.
As part of the Life Enrichment Program, Morning Pointe invites speakers to share their stories of a world well traveled with the residents.
