Morning Pointe of Tullahoma resident Golda Glasgow (center) celebrates her 98th birthday in style with daughter Brenda Eaves, son Ron Glasgow, and granddaughters Melody and Caroline. Not only did Eaves make sure that her mother had a wonderful birthday tea, she also scoured yard sales throughout the area in order to collect enough tea cups and saucers so that every one of the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community’s residents could join in on Glasgow’s birthday fun. “She even brought hats for all the women to wear!” exclaims Morning Pointe life enrichment director Jennifer Boals. “The residents were so excited to share in Golda’s birthday celebration, and we are so thankful to Brenda for making the day special not just for her mother, but for everyone here at Morning Pointe.”
