About Greg Scott Cook
Chef Greg Cook stands at 6 ft. 2 in. tall, and is no stranger in the kitchen. He often jokes that he has been a Cook (his last name) for 61 years. His introduction to the world of culinary arts began at the age of 21 at a restaurant in Chattanooga, TN. After studying organizational management at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, he took off by opening a chain of restaurants and a lounge in Tennessee. For the past two years, Greg has enjoyed the leadership role of Food Services Director at Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove.
