In honor of Father’s Day, Morning Pointe of Brentwood (TN) hosted a men’s breakfast and car show. Residents of the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community and visitors alike enjoyed listening to muscle car enthusiast Greg Callahan, son-in-law Morning Pointe resident Christel David, share photos and stories of his experiences restoring muscle cars. After breakfast, the men were able to get up close with Callahan’s ’67 Chevy Chevelle, ’72 Chevy Camaro, and ’69 Chevy C10. “We are so grateful to Greg for letting us borrow his time and his classic cars for a couple of hours in order to celebrate the fathers in our community,” says Morning Pointe life enrichment director Chris Phillips. “Fathers and father figures do so much for their children—this event was just a small token of our appreciation!”
