Morning Pointe of Clinton (TN) is proud to present this quarter’s “Exceeding Expectations” award to Vivian Carroll, the lead resident assistant at the memory care community. Robin McClintock, the Life Enrichment Director at Morning Pointe of Clinton, explains why Carroll is such a deserving candidate for this award: “I am proud that I get to boast about an incredible woman. Vivian Carroll is a blessing to the Morning Pointe of Clinton community. From the time she walks in the door until the time she leaves, she is making sure that every resident and [associate] has a meaningful day! She strives daily to make sure that her Christian upbringing is instilled in every person she meets, greeting our residents with [the mantra] “God is good” throughout the day. [She goes] above and beyond what is expected of her in her job. When asked the reason why she works at Morning Pointe of Clinton, her reason is because she looks at this community as her ministry, and she knows that God will bless her for all of her days.”
Thank you, Vivian for “Making Your Mark” and making a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. Morning Pointe continues to celebrate every associate success throughout 2018.
