RUSSELL, KY — Morning Pointe of Russell personal care senior living was named top caregiving fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s, raising $7,100 for a cause that is near and dear to the hearts of the residents, associates and volunteers.
The senior living community hosted a number of events including a Fall Festival, and other fundraising activities, raising awareness and garnering support for the annual event.
“All year around, our residents, family members and associates put their efforts together to raise money to help make a difference in our community,” says Hana Shaaban, community relations director at Morning Pointe. “We are proud to put our foot forward as we come closer to a world without Alzheimer’s.”
