LEXINGTON, KY — Morning Pointe of Lexington residents celebrated America’s 241st Independence Day by making Mason Jar centerpiece decorations with colored rice. The residents enjoyed working with their hands to make the finished product.
Residents at The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Lexington, enjoyed red, white and blue cookies, fruit punch, and a “firework star” craft to commemorate the occasion.
