The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Chattanooga (TN) residents T.L. Bailey, Judy Gray, Jim Beasley, Bet Henegar, Ginna Raulston, Leon Scoggins, and Dorthea Sandin celebrated the beginning of a new month at the Chattanooga Zoo. With Morning Pointe Lantern program director Danielle Nelson (far right) and activities assistant Juanita Brooks (second from left) as their safari guides, the memory care community’s residents enjoyed a day of exploring at the best little zoo in America. “We’re anticipating the arrival of the giraffes in October!” Nelson says.
