COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. – The ladies at Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove enjoyed getting glamorous while sharing in the gospel with The Sister Ministries. Flaunting a fresh coat of colorful nails, the residents enjoyed the “hands-on” fellowship with their guests as everyone got ready for the holidays.
Local church groups and faith-based organizations are invited to visit the residents at Morning Pointe as part of the assisted living community’s life enrichment program.
The Sister Ministries is an outreach program through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The young women in the ministry visit Morning Pointe frequently to share the love of Jesus Christ with the seniors.
Sister Tiare Spencer, who is in her sixth month of missions in the Chattanooga area, enjoyed visiting with Betsy Babb, Morning Pointe resident. Applying a glossy, neutral color to Babb’s nails, Spencer and her other sisters brought smiles to the residents’ faces to match their dazzling new manicures.
