POWELL, Tenn. — Morning Pointe of Powell residents Pat Sparks and Mary Holderbaum participated in a trash cleanup project to help beautify the city of Powell. The seniors and associates at the assisted living and memory care community partner with local organizations and city-wide initiatives with a mission to help make a difference.
This act of kindness is nothing new for the residents, who inspired a yearlong volunteerism project called “Make Your Mark.” Morning Pointe senior campuses across the Southeast have teamed up with local organizations and partners to give back 20,000 hours of community service during 2017.
