Residents at The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Collegedale met Anna Stage, folk singer who performs multicultural songs from around the world. The Chicago native put on an exceptional and engaging musical show at the Collegedale Library for a multigenerational audience of seniors and preschoolers.

As part of the Meaningful Day™ program, residents at the memory care community embrace music from all genres through music therapy, exploring new sounds, remembering favorite tunes, and promoting socialization and relaxation.

Against a background of banjo and dulcimer music, The Lantern residents enjoyed the positive, high-energy performance, singing songs of friendship with the preschoolers.
