ATHENS, Tenn. (August 30, 2016) — Morning Pointe of Athens was recently voted McMinn County’s Best Assisted Living for 2016 by readers of the Daily Post-Athenian.

The assisted living community earned first place among Life Care Center of Athens and NHC Healthcare which landed second and third places, respectively.

The Best of the Best is the county’s official people’s choice award. The newspaper names more than 100 awards in six categories to local businesses and organizations. The award covers the best of people and places, dining and spirits, sports and leisure, clothing, home and finance, shopping, services, and beauty and health.
