Morning Pointe of Greeneville residents took a day trip to the Grey Fossil Site in Grey, witnessing the digging sites, learning about fossils and touring the museum.

The assisted living residents learned about newly unearthed dinosaurs, got a behind-the-scenes tour of the lab where fossils are put together and did their own sediment dig to search for artifacts. The residents found shark’s teeth, sea urchins, sting ray barbs and other fossils.
