Morning Pointe of Calhoun (GA) raffle winner Brook Belcher poses with her prize—a hall tree made and donated by longtime Morning Pointe volunteers Jill and Lynn Phipps. The assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community raffled off the handcrafted hall tree in support of the Alzheimer’s Association, raising over 700 dollars to support Alzheimer’s caregiver support and cure research. An autographed baseball donated by Bobby Cox raised another 500 dollars for the same cause. “We want to thank everyone who bought tickets and helped us support such a worthy cause,” says Morning Pointe Lantern program director Mary Braden.
