Over 100 trick-or-treaters celebrate a warm and dry Halloween at Morning Pointe of Russell (KY) despite the torrent of wind and rain outside. When inclement weather threatened to put a damper on the Halloween fun, the personal care community proved to be the perfect place for local candy seekers to satisfy their sweet tooth by providing a dry and safe place for children to trick-or-treat. “The residents loved seeing the kids in their costumes, and the kids enjoyed making new friends. We all had tons of good, clean (and dry) fun!” says Morning Pointe life enrichment director Katie Smith.
