The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Chattanooga (TN) resident Charlie Elliott, volunteer Kara, and her son Noah make a turkey paper plate craft in honor of Thanksgiving. Noah is the memory care community’s youngest volunteer and visits once a month with his mother to spend time with residents. “Our residents really enjoy seeing young people like Noah in the community,” says Lantern program director Danielle Nelson. “It always puts a big smile on their faces!”
