The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Frankfort (KY) volunteer Robin Bogdon and resident Pastsy Brewe show off the peacock Brewe painted using cotton balls. Bogdon recently led an art class at the memory care community, where she taught residents to paint with this technique. “The residents were amazed that they were able to make such beautiful paintings using only cotton balls,” says Lantern program director Kaitlyn Woolums. “We are so grateful to Robin for donating her time and talents and helping our residents express themselves creatively.”
