Morning Pointe of Tullahoma (TN) volunteers Neveah Hevener and father David Hevener help the residents of the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community beat the summer heat with delicious ice cream from their ice cream cart. “Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream—some even went back for seconds!” says life enrichment director Jennifer Boals with a laugh. “David and Neveah provided a variety of ice cream options for everyone, including ice cream sandwiches, fudge pops, and red, white, and blue popsicles. This was a special to treat for everyone, and we are so thankful that David and Neveah were able to join us in celebrating the summer.”
