Early Morning Surprise: Lexington Families Can Wake Up to an Easter Egg Hunt

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 16, 2026) — Easter morning may come a little easier for Lexington families this year thanks to a creative fundraiser hosted by Morning Pointe of Lexington-East Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The community is inviting families across the area to participate in its “Egg My Yard” fundraiser, where Morning Pointe associates will hide pre-filled Easter eggs in participating families’ yards before sunrise. Children wake up to a ready-made Easter egg hunt, while parents get to skip the early-morning preparations.

Families can choose from several egg packages, including 30 eggs for $25, 50 eggs for $45, or 80 eggs for $75. Each delivery also includes a special note from the Easter Bunny, adding a little extra magic to the morning.

Orders must be placed by April 3, and deliveries will take place early that morning, around 6 a.m. at the buyer’s home or another location of their choice within the Lexington area.

Proceeds from the event will support the Morning Pointe Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Morning Pointe Senior Living. The foundation helps support scholarships, caregiver education, and programs that enhance the lives of seniors and students across the Southeast.

Families interested in participating can reserve their Easter egg delivery by contacting Brianna Silvas, Lantern Program Director, at (859) 721-0350.
