Hobby Fair Brings Creativity and Connection Together in Owensboro

Owensboro, KY. — January 13, 2026 — Owensboro-area older adults are invited to share what they love at a community Hobby Fair on Monday, January 26, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at Morning Pointe of Owensboro Assisted Living, located at 3362 Buckland Square.

The Hobby Fair is designed as a welcoming, come-and-go event where older adults gather to showcase their personal hobbies, crafts, and talents — from creative arts to hands-on skills and favorite pastimes developed over a lifetime. Residents will be participating alongside community members, creating an atmosphere focused on connection, curiosity, and shared interests.

Open to the public, the event offers guests a chance to meet local seniors, spark conversation, and celebrate the joy that hobbies bring at every stage of life.

There is no cost to attend.
