The Louisville Lantern to Host 2nd Annual Christmas Cookie Exchange on December 19

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — December 2, 2025 — The Lantern at Morning Pointe Louisville Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence is inviting families, neighbors, and friends to its 2nd Annual Christmas Cookie Exchange on Friday, December 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The festive gathering will be held at 4701 S. Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, KY 40299.

Guests are encouraged to bring a batch of their favorite holiday cookies to swap, sample, and share with others in the community. Whether you’re known for your classic chocolate chip, gingerbread, or family-secret recipe, this cozy afternoon is designed to spark joy, conversation, and seasonal cheer.

“Events like these bring out the heart of our community,” said Allie Olsen, Community Relations Director at The Louisville Lantern. “It’s a chance for residents, families, and local neighbors to connect, celebrate traditions, and make new memories together.”

The afternoon will include:

  1. Cookie tasting and swapping
  2. Warm holiday fellowship
  3. An inviting space to mingle and enjoy the season
