OOLTEWAH, Tenn. (April 13, 2022) – Longtime Morning Pointe Senior Living associate Lauren Lee has been promoted to senior vice president of accounting and analytics. In this newly created role, Ms. Lee will be responsible for data analysis and interpretation while maximizing return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Morning Pointe Senior Living, a Chattanooga, Tenn.-based senior healthcare services company, owns and manages 36 Morning Pointe assisted living, personal care and Alzheimer’s memory care communities in five southeastern states. Morning Pointe was founded in 1997 by Tennessee healthcare entrepreneurs Greg A. Vital and Franklin Farrow and is celebrating 25 years of service throughout 2022.

Lee’s promotion comes after spending her entire professional career—over 12 years—with Morning Pointe. She began as an intern for co-founder and CEO Franklin Farrow, performing trend analysis work in the purchasing department during her senior year in college. Several promotions later, Ms. Lee most recently held the title of vice president of culture and talent for 3 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southern Adventist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
When she’s not at work, Ms. Lee enjoys the outdoors, family trips to the beach, and preparing to build a new home. “I am passionate about serving others and have a desire to help make others’ lives better,” she said. “My favorite part about senior living is ability to have a positive impact on our team members who in turn care for our residents. I strive to ensure they are supported and have the information and knowledge they need to accomplish their goals.”
