Morning Pointe of Danville Assisted Living, Phase II of the Morning Pointe of Danville campus, is open and welcoming residents, and now its Grand Opening Holiday Event has been scheduled for Dec. 12 from 4-7 p.m.

The grand opening at the community, located at 100 Birney Place in Danville, will have a holiday theme and include a formal ribbon-cutting and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Santa Claus will also make an appearance.

“What better time to celebrate our brand-new community than with the lights and joy of the Christmas season!” said Greg A. Vital, Morning Pointe Senior Living co-founder and president. “Residents are continuing to move in, and we can’t wait to showcase our community in a wider sense.”

The new one-level assisted living community has 72 apartments, including 58 spacious assisted living apartments. The Danville building is the first Morning Pointe Senior Living community to add a new type of apartment: suites with kitchenettes and stackable washer/dryer combos. It offers 14 of these, several of which are still available.

“The new suites are definitely a highlight of our community,” said Lisa Keller, senior executive director at Morning Pointe of Danville. “There’s a lot to see here, between our resident rooms, our common areas, our courtyards and more.”

For inquiries, call 859-306-0202, or stop by the community.
