Caregiving requires heart, but it also requires skill. Many Morning Pointe caregivers begin their careers right out of community college with a simple desire to help. From there, they grow. Some pursue additional certifications as Certified Nursing Assistants or Medication Aides. Others continue their education to become Licensed Practical Nurses or step into leadership roles within the organization.
