FRANKLIN, Ind. — April 8, 2026 — As part of National Volunteer Week (April 20–26), Morning Pointe of Franklin is hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, April 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., welcoming both current volunteers and those interested in getting involved.
The event will include lunch, small gifts of appreciation, and the opportunity to learn more about volunteer roles within the community. Guests will also have the chance to meet Life Enrichment Director Tiffany and connect with residents while experiencing firsthand how volunteers make a difference in daily life.
National Volunteer Week is a time to recognize the impact of those who give their time and talents to others, and Morning Pointe of Franklin is using this occasion to both celebrate its current volunteers and invite new ones to be part of that mission.
The luncheon is designed not only to thank those who already serve, but also to open the door for new volunteers who may be looking for a meaningful way to connect with older adults through companionship, activities, and shared experiences.
Those curious about volunteering are especially encouraged to attend and discover how even a small commitment can create lasting connections and moments of joy.
Morning Pointe communities welcome volunteers in a variety of ways, from helping with activities and events to simply spending time visiting with residents and building relationships.
