Morning Pointe Foundation Seniors Got Talent Best of the Best Contest Now Under Way

Voting is officially open for the Morning Pointe Foundation’s third annual Best of the Best contest! You can now cast your vote for your favorite winner from the 2024 Seniors Got Talent showcases.

Voting runs now through Jan. 31. Vote online by making a donation to the Morning Pointe Foundation at morningpointefoundation.com/events/seniors-got-talent/contest/. Donations start at just $1, with every dollar counting as a vote.

Proceeds directly support the Morning Pointe Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides caregiver support programs, educational events and clinical scholarships to advance senior care across the Southeast.

Meet the Contestants

This year’s grand-prize winners are competing for the coveted Best of the Best title:

  • Susan Taylor – Singer (Chattanooga, TN)
  • The Overtones – Barbershop quartet (Lexington, KY)
  • Judy Street & Jim Kirby – Singer and pianist duo (Franklin, TN)
  • Pistol Creek Catch of the Day – Three-piece band (Knoxville, TN)

Visit the contest page to watch performance clips and support your favorite act. The winner, to be announced on Monday, February 3, will receive:

  • Four tickets to a Seniors Got Talent show of their choice.
  • Their full performance video shared across Morning Pointe Senior Living’s social media channels.
  • An exclusive winner interview video.
  • The Best of the Best title.

Celebrating Senior Talent

The Seniors Got Talent variety shows highlight the incredible skills of seniors aged 60 and older, featuring acts like singers, musicians, dancers, poets, and comedians.

“Every year, the talent gets even more amazing,” said Miranda Perez, executive director of the Morning Pointe Foundation. “Our four 2024 winners wowed both the judges and the audience, and now it’s your turn to choose your favorite while supporting our mission to help caregivers and improve senior care.”

The Morning Pointe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Morning Pointe Senior Living founded by senior healthcare entrepreneurs Greg A. Vital and Franklin Farrow.
