Morning Pointe of Franklin Earns Deficiency-Free State Health Survey

Franklin, IN. (September 11, 2026) — Families choosing senior living want confidence that their loved ones are receiving quality care in a safe, supportive environment. At Morning Pointe of Franklin — Assisted Living & Memory Care, that commitment was recently recognized through a deficiency-free annual health licensure survey conducted by the Indiana Department of Health.

The unannounced survey reviews the community’s compliance with state requirements governing residential care facilities. Earning a deficiency-free survey means Indiana Department of Health surveyors found no deficiencies during their review.

For Mira Warner, executive director at Morning Pointe of Franklin, the results reflect the dedication of the community’s associates and the standards they strive to uphold every day.

“Achieving a deficiency-free survey is a tremendous accomplishment for our entire team and a reflection of the care and attention they bring to their work every day,” said Warner. “Our associates are committed to creating a community where residents feel safe, valued, and supported, and this recognition reinforces the importance of that commitment. We are grateful for the trust families place in us and proud of the team that works each day to make Morning Pointe of Franklin a place residents are proud to call home.”

A deficiency-free survey is a significant accomplishment in senior living and reflects a community’s ability to meet state requirements while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care. For Morning Pointe of Franklin, the results reflect the everyday work of associates who are committed to supporting residents’ health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
