“Morning Pointe of Tuscaloosa is a family,” said Martin. “Like family, we may not always agree on everything, but we all understand the mission is providing excellent care to our residents. As much as I care about the well-being of my residents, I feel the same about my staff. I want to ensure that they have a positive and safe working environment with all their essential needs provided to perform their job duties. Showing them they are appreciated is always a focus.”

“Associate satisfaction is such an important component of a good senior living community,” said Greg A. Vital, president and co-founder of Morning Pointe Senior Living. “We are proud of the team at Morning Pointe of Tuscaloosa in making their community not only a great place for seniors to live but also for our associates to work.”
