Morning Pointe of Knoxville (TN) resident Betty Newby soaks up the sunshine at the University of Tennessee Gardens, Knoxville. The assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community’s residents spent the morning strolling along the botanical gardens’ paths, admiring the beautiful flowers and butterflies. “It brought back so many memories of the flowers that our residents’ had grown over the years,” says Morning Pointe life enrichment director Pat Anderson. “Everything was lush, green bursting with color!”
