Morning Pointe of Athens starting exercise classes for local seniors Nov. 29

Morning Pointe of Athens Assisted Living is starting a free exercise class for local seniors starting on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

The classes will take place each Tuesday at 11 a.m. Each session will last 30-40 minutes and involve full-body sitting exercises, including arms, legs and core.

Two therapists from The Weston Group will lead the exercises – Leigh Ann Breeden, physical therapist assistant, and Jenna Wozniak, occupational therapist.
