Morning Pointe of Louisville Assisted Living, located at 4711 S. Hurstbourne Parkway, recently announced Ben Bowling as its new executive director.

In his new position, Bowling oversees the daily operations of the assisted living community, working alongside a dedicated team of directors, nurses, nursing assistants and support staff. Together, they deliver personalized care programs that promote health, independence and meaningful experiences for residents while providing essential support to their families. Bowling also mentors and trains other Morning Pointe Senior Living associates, nurturing future leaders in the field.

Bowling currently resides in his hometown of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. He left home for college, earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and returned to serve the greater Louisville community. He has been working in senior care for eight years, including skilled nursing and assisted living.

“While I was in college, I did an internship at an assisted living community and absolutely fell in love with it and knew that is what I wanted to do,” Bowling shared. “I love that I am able to interact with the residents each day and hear and learn from their stories. I especially enjoy the family-like environment that has been created here at Morning Pointe of Louisville.”

Bowling and his wife, Sarah, have three children: Levi, Lilly, and Riley.

“We are happy to welcome Ben as the executive director at Morning Pointe of Louisville,” said Sheryl Klein, vice president of operations for Morning Pointe Senior Living’s Cumberland Region. “You can tell he has a true heart for serving people and a wonderful connection with the older generations.”
