With the start of a new year comes the renewed desire to improve and grow stronger. As many do in January, some of the residents of Morning Pointe of Frankfort (KY) made New Year’s resolutions, challenging themselves to reach new heights in 2019. Together, the personal care community had fun making and sharing their goals for the year.
“We wanted to bring in the new year with great friends, good laughs, and positive thoughts, letting go of last year’s fears, negativity, and problems,” says Morning Pointe of Frankfort Life Enrichment Director Vanessa Damron of the residents’ decision to make resolutions.
Here are a few examples of some of the residents’ resolutions:
Jenny Lodmell: “I want to eat fewer sweets.”
Emily Shaw: “I want to have more patience.”
Bettie Weakly: “I’m going to try harder to not get behind on my paperwork.”
