Caring for a loved one with dementia can be one of life’s most selfless and overwhelming journeys. From managing medications and behaviors to navigating emotional and legal challenges, many caregivers find themselves exhausted, uncertain, and in need of support.
That’s why The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Chattanooga is putting on “Moments of Grace: A Memory Caregiver Summit” – a heartfelt event designed to empower caregivers with knowledge, encouragement and the tools they need to find peace of mind.
The seminar will take place on Saturday, July 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at New Hope Presbyterian Church, located at 7608 Shallowford Road, next door to The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga.
A Day of Learning, Fellowship and Renewal
This special day will feature a luncheon, local vendors, fun giveaways and community fellowship with others facing the same situations.

- Caregiver burnout and self-care
- Finding grace in caregiving
- Behavioral management strategies
- Legal and healthcare planning

Tickets are $20 and include lunch and a raffle ticket. T-shirts are also available for $20, with proceeds supporting the Morning Pointe Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to provide nursing scholarships and caregiver support.
Companion care will be provided on-site for loved ones with dementia during the event, so caregivers can participate with peace of mind.
