On Saturday, April 27, Morning Pointe of Greenbriar Cove Assisted Living, located at 9650 Leyland Drive off Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, will host a Spring Fling picnic on the lawn from 2-6 p.m. Families can pre-order a family picnic basket (serves four) with sandwiches, pasta salad, fruit salad and baked cookies. Fifteen to 20 vendors will be on-site selling crafts and representing local services, and there will also be a sweet tea and lemonade stand. Games will include:

  • Cornhole
  • Fake fishing
  • Bouncy house

“Our community is right at the end of the Collegedale Greenway, and this is a great place to have families over for a picnic and celebrate the fun of the Easter season,” said Wylie Fuller, executive director at Morning Pointe of Greenbriar Cove. “We can’t wait to have our greater community over for this fun afternoon!”
