Morning Pointe of Owensboro Earns Deficiency-free Health Licensure Survey

OWENSBORO, KY (July 10, 2025) – From medication management to meal prep, personalized care to housekeeping, it takes countless moving parts and a deeply dedicated team to keep a senior living community running at its best. At Morning Pointe of Owensboro, Kentucky, Assisted Living, that commitment was recently honored with a deficiency-free health licensure survey—a remarkable achievement for this newly renovated community, now part of the Morning Pointe family. After undergoing major upgrades to its clinical services and environment, this recognition is a testament to the team’s hard work, attention to quality, and compassionate care.

About the Survey

Senior healthcare communities must undergo unannounced state inspections yearly. The health licensure survey addresses aspects of care from proper medication to nutrition, hygiene to proper record keeping, staffing to resident and family feedback. Surveyors not only observe care but also conduct interviews.

“I am so proud of our team for achieving this deficiency-free survey,” said Karleigh Roby, executive director of the community. “Each resident and their family are special to us, and we strive every day to not only meet the requirements of the state but also to be a true caring family for our residents. We love them and their families, and we always want to provide the best for them.”

Sheryl Klein, Regional VP of Operations for the region in, added, “Achieving these survey results speaks volumes to the community about the emphasis we place on quality. Well done, team Morning Pointe of Owensboro!”
