Who We Are
Morning Pointe Senior Living offers Assisted Living and The Lantern Memory Care services across multiple states. Our communities are designed to support residents’ independence while providing the clinical oversight and daily assistance they need.

What We Accept (Admission Criteria)
Admission criteria vary by state and licensure. Final clinical acceptance is determined after review of medical documentation by our clinical team.
Typically Accepted
• Assisted-living-appropriate ADL support
• Residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s needing memory care
• One-person assist
• Wheelchair-bound individuals
• Oxygen support
• Hospice services
• Diabetes management
Case by Case
• Frequent falls
• Complex medication regimens
• Feeding assistance
• Stable ostomy complications
• Two-person assist (varies by state)
Typically Not Accepted
• NG tubes
• Ventilator or tracheostomy dependency
• IV antibiotics
• Total care requiring routine two-person transfers
• Uncontrolled psychiatric conditions
• Active substance abuse
• Unstable medical conditions
What We Need for a Successful Referral
Providing the appropriate clinical information upfront allows our team to review referrals efficiently and determine the best next steps.

• History & Physical (H&P)
• Diagnosis list
• Therapy notes
• POA/responsible party contact
• Discharge summary (if coming from hospital or rehab)

Educational & Training Topics
Morning Pointe also supports referral partners through educational and clinical training opportunities, offered by our Director of Nursing or Regional Clinical Support team. Topics include:
