The ABCs of Estate Planning: Free Community Q&A Coming to Franklin

Franklin, IN. — February 3, 2026- Understanding estate planning can feel overwhelming, especially when families are unsure where to begin. To help demystify the process, Morning Pointe of Franklin Assisted Living & Memory Care is hosting The ABCs of Estate Planning, a free educational Q&A event open to the public on Thursday, Feb. 12.

The session will be led by attorneys from Indiana Estate and Elder Law, who will answer common questions surrounding wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and long-term planning. The format is designed to be approachable and conversational, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity without pressure.

The event is geared toward older adults, caregivers, and families who want practical information to help them plan and feel more confident about future decisions.
