At Morning Pointe Senior Living, we’re excited to celebrate National Housekeeping Week from Sept. 8-14, 2024. It’s a time to recognize the dedication and hard work of our incredible housekeeping teams.

Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, ensuring that every resident feels right at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming space directly contributes to the well-being and happiness of everyone in our communities.

Join us for a heartfelt Couch Conversation between Chelsey Farley, a housekeeper at one of our Lantern Alzheimer’s Centers of Excellence, and Janie Cantrell, the daughter of one of our residents. They delve into the importance of housekeeping and the personal relationships that our housekeepers are able to build with our seniors.

“You are so willing to interact with the residents,” Janie shared. “You talk to them, you make them feel good. I appreciate that for my mother and for everyone else. You are such an integral part of the staff.”

Chelsey said, “I enjoy going the extra mile. I love seeing the smiles on the faces and feeling the love and the appreciation from everyone. Everyone here is like a family.”

Thank you to Chelsey and all the other housekeeping heroes who make Morning Pointe a brighter place to live and work!
